I consider every factor that impacts
your performance. After evaluating
  the specific needs and demands of your sport or fitness pursuit, I will design a specifically tailored training program that enables you to attain performance supremacy by attacking sport-specific movements, positions, speeds, and rest intervals without the neuromuscular stagnation and counterproductive actions inherent in traditional training regimens.

This is accomplished through a vast array of contrasting resistance training techniques, intense neuromuscular stimulation, ballistic plyometric strength training, and energy system development.  Uniquely sequenced to increase intensity and stimulation in direct response to the athlete’s rapid advancements, the athlete will continuously advance to higher levels of performance excellence.

My pledge and goal is to help you improve by providing the tools that will elevate your game to heights you never thought possible. I can help you cultivate speed, endurance, power and strength. All you need to supply is the intrinsic desire and drive to improve—the motivation to compete at a higher level.

  • self-administered testing protocols for determining initial training intensities and adjusting them as you progress
  • sport specific workouts for cardiovascular and strength conditioning individualized heart rate training intensities for varied cardiovascular workouts
  • training program and athlete logging system posted in the Training Zone for your ease of use

    PEAK COACHING
Train With Eric‚s premium sport conditioning service: Peak coaching works best for the professional and high performance athlete. This athlete seeks a vast array of specialized conditioning protocols and training diversity that is sports specific and necessary for extraordinary performance. This multi-faceted program provides a monthly training program, hands-on coaching, and unlimited communication with Eric.

  • unlimited phone and e-mail coaching and consultation
  • unlimited program adjustments throughout each training phase
  • weekly log review and analysis

Coaching Fees:

Peak Coaching Program $300/month

Based on the same high caliber training methodologies as the Peak Coaching for professional and elite athletes, Base Coaching targets the athlete who has a specific fitness goal or athletic aspirations that require focused training and coaching.  These athletes have the desire and dedication to unleash their athletic potential.

  • sports specific conditioning program designed in four-week training blocks
  • one program adjustment per four-week training block
  • weekly e-mail response to your program questions
  • monthly 15 minute phone consultation (scheduled by athlete)
  • monthly log review and analysis by Eric
