Quality over quantity:
That’s my approach to coaching and that is what you’ll get.
Working from a base of experience as an athlete, coach and sports researcher, my coaching is based on the philosophy that training based on periodization will only get you so far. A periodized plan is great, but is only part of the speed improvement picture.
Too many athletes don’t improve their top speed—they just enhance their ability to sustain what speed they have. I can help you make that leap in performance by incorporating varied training into a periodized seasonal plan. This involves training all the necessary energy systems throughout the entire season, allowing for a rotating emphasis based on time of year and race specific training necessary for peak results.
You will also develop sport-specific strength and power.
This will improve your maximum speed and, in effect, create a ‘new speed’ at which you can ride as your “raw” ability actually improves. You will then cycle much faster than before and use your improved ability to ride at new speeds in competition.
This is quality over quantity.

My pledge and goal is to help you improve by providing the tools that will make you better—faster than you ever thought possible. I can help you cultivate speed, endurance, power and strength. All you need to supply is the intrinsic desire and drive to improve—the motivation to compete at a higher level.
