I help fast triathletes get faster!

I can maximize whatever talent you have. I specialize in developing peak performance at all triathlon distances.

My coaching approach and accomplishments have demonstrated that training that focuses on hitting key workouts, as opposed to cumulative volume totals, is much more effective in terms of improving performance.

This involves training all the
necessary energy systems
throughout the entire season,
allowing for a rotating emphasis
based on time of year and race specific training necessary for peak results.

I’ll help you cultivate speed and build race specific endurance through individually designed workouts prescribed specifically for you, based on your ability and potential.  This gives way to “fresh” workouts that are motivating and produce maximum benefit from every workout, unleashing your ultimate potential on race day.

This approach will make you faster and help you make that leap in performance, not just enhance your ability to sustain what speed you have.

My pledge and goal is to help you improve by providing the tools that will make you better—faster than you ever thought possible. I can help you cultivate speed, endurance, power and strength. All you need to supply is the intrinsic desire and drive to improve—the motivation to compete at a higher level.

Working from a base of experience as an athlete, coach and sports researcher, I have coached world-class age groupers to success at the Hawaiian Ironman World Championships and have a 100% success rate with first time Ironman competitors. I’ve coached ITU World Championship qualifiers at all distances as well as the 35-39 year-old age group 2004 National Ultra Distance Champion.
